Terms of Service
Dated
These terms cover your use of Creative Bridge (creativebridge.ai), a brand of Creative Bridge AI, Inc., which operates it. By using Creative Bridge, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your team.
Your account
- Each person uses their own account, signed in with their work email. Keep access to that email secure.
- Your team’s admins manage who belongs to the team and what they can reach.
Your files
- Your files stay yours. You give us permission to store, process, preview and back them up only to provide Creative Bridge to you and the people you share with.
- You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload and share.
- Review and share links let anyone with the link (and passphrase, if set) see what you shared, until the link expires or you remove it.
Cloud computers and your driver
- Cloud computers run work you or your driver ask for, on your files. Check important results before relying on them.
- Your Claude or ChatGPT account is a separate service under its own terms. Creative Bridge isn’t responsible for what that provider does.
Fair and lawful use
Use Creative Bridge for your team’s work and within the fair-use rules. Don’t use it for anything illegal, to harm others, to break into systems, or to send spam. We may pause access that puts the service or other people at risk, and we’ll contact your team first where we can.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed as described when you sign up and in the plan details. Early access may be free or discounted, and we’ll tell you before anything you pay for changes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Creative Bridge fast and available and to keep backups of your files, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change features; we’ll tell you about changes that matter.
Ending
You can stop using Creative Bridge at any time and download your files first. If your team’s account closes, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Creative Bridge AI, Inc. isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to what your team paid for Creative Bridge in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we’ll update the date above and tell you by email if the change matters to you.
