Creative Bridge is a shared drive with cloud computers that your driver can use. Your driver is your own AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT, through your own account) working as an AI agent on those computers. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We don’t sell your information and we don’t show ads.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we are
Creative Bridge (creativebridge.ai) is a brand of Creative Bridge AI, Inc., which operates it. Questions about this policy go to hello@creativebridge.ai.
What we collect
- Account details: your work email address and your team. We sign you in with a code sent to that address; we don’t store passwords.
- Profile photo: if you add one, a small square copy of it (we remove the camera’s details, such as where it was taken). Your teammates see it beside your name; guests on review links don’t.
- Your files: what you and your team put in the drive, with names, folders, versions and backups, and the activity on them (uploads, moves, restores).
- Review links: the links you create, and the names, notes, drawings, voice notes and files that you and your guests add to them.
- Transcripts: the words of a video, audio file or voice note, when someone asks for them (see below).
- Work on cloud computers: what a cloud computer does for you, including commands, screenshots of its screen while it works, and the files it makes.
- Feedback: notes, drawings and voice comments you give on that work, and the lessons saved from it. Lessons saved from your team’s work are used only for your team.
- Phone number: only if you turned on text messages before we paused them, with when you agreed.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the Drive app’s version, and logs of requests and errors, used to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To provide the service: store and sync your files, show previews, run cloud computers, and share what you choose to share.
- To learn from feedback and corrections, so later work for you and your team gets better. Feedback stays within Creative Bridge and is never sold or used for advertising. From your feedback and corrections we keep short notes on how you and your team like things (for example “keeps music under the voice”), not your own words, and give them to your driver as a guide; we remove any of them on request, and a teammate’s driver only sees the ones your team shares.
- To send the messages you need: sign-in codes, notifications you’ve turned on, and important service notices.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Your driver
You connect your own Claude or ChatGPT account. What you ask, and the files and screenshots your driver reads through Creative Bridge, are handled by that provider under your account with them and their privacy terms. For a second opinion on your work, whichever assistant you connect, Creative Bridge sends stills, measurements and the brief from a job to Anthropic’s API when your driver starts a job or delivers a file; these aren’t used to train models, and we keep only the verdict, counts, times and cost of each one. Apart from that, Creative Bridge doesn’t send your files to Anthropic, OpenAI or any other AI company on its own, and we don’t train AI models on your data.
One exception, speech-to-text: when someone presses Transcribe on a video or audio file, or leaves a voice note on a review link (guests included), its sound is transcribed by Cloudflare’s speech-to-text service (the Whisper model on Cloudflare Workers AI, or Cloudflare Stream’s captions for videos already there), under our account with Cloudflare. We keep the transcript beside the file or the note. Voice notes you leave on a cloud computer’s live link are transcribed on that computer.
Who processes it for us
We use these service providers, only to run Creative Bridge:
- Cloudflare: hosting, file storage, sign-in protection, video previews, speech-to-text for transcripts and voice notes (Workers AI).
- Amazon Web Services: some cloud computers, our off-site backup copy and archived projects (S3 Glacier Deep Archive).
- Upstash: the drive’s folder index.
- Resend: email delivery.
- Twilio: text messages, for people who turned them on before we paused them.
- Computers we own and operate run the cloud computers; cloud hosting providers may run some of them.
Otherwise we share information only when you choose to (for example a review link), when the law requires it, or to protect people or the service.
Text messages
- We aren’t offering text messages at the moment.
- Already getting them? Reply STOP to stop all texts, START to resume and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and opt-in data are used only to send the texts you asked for, through Twilio.
How long we keep it
- Files are kept until you or your team delete them. Deleted files stay in Recently deleted for up to 30 days, so they can be restored.
- Backups aren’t deleted when you delete a file. To protect against loss and ransomware, the drive is backed up regularly to AWS S3 Glacier Deep Archive. That copy is never deleted, by design. It is encrypted at rest by the provider and is used only to recover lost data. Projects you archive are kept in Glacier until you ask us to remove them.
- Your profile photo is kept until you remove it in Settings, or with your account.
- Review links last until they expire or are removed. A review’s notes and voice notes stay with it; a deleted voice note’s recording is removed.
- Transcripts are kept for up to a year and can be made again. Feedback records (the steps a cloud computer takes, what you draw or say when you hand it notes, and changes to review notes) are kept for 180 days.
- If your team closes its account, we delete its files and data within 90 days, except what the law requires us to keep and what is in the backups described above.
- Logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Access is limited to the people who run the service, and only as needed to operate and support it.
Your choices and rights
You can see, download and delete your files at any time. To access, correct or delete your account information, or to ask about anything on this page, email hello@creativebridge.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as to object to some uses or to complain to a regulator; we’ll honour them.
Children
Creative Bridge is a service for work teams and isn’t meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above, and tell you by email if the change matters to you.
